DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders for stock parts are processed within 2 days.

For out of stock parts,processing may vary.

All orders shipped by courier company, except for the bulky parts, where a transport company is used.

All orders shipped with tracking number except those which are shipped by a transport company.

Buyers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number just after package shipping.

Bmwdynamicparts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

For out of stock parts,processing may vary.

International orders shipped through Fedex, TNT or EMS (depending on buyer location).

All orders shipped with tracking number and buyers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number after shipment.

Bmwdynamicparts  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.(tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Shipping it isn’t possible to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses to some countries.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are possible ONLY for domestic and European Union transactions.

All returns must be approved before shipping.

Please, contact us before returning any part.

Returns are allowed within 14 days.

All parts must be unused, in their original packaging.

We don’t accept returns to electronic-electrical parts.

We will not be responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

We will not be responsible for poor installation, or the customer’s inability to install the part themselves.
